Application for seeking extension of time till

15th. October'12 for complying the order dt.

03/08/11 passed by the Hon'able Supreme 

court has been filed by the deptt. & have 

assured the Hon'able court that sincere 

efforts will be made to comply with the 

directions passed by the Hon'able Supreme 

court in such extended time. This application 

has been filed in the Hon'able Supreme court

 in the proceedings under the contempt

 petition.
